We are concerned this K-12 debacle is misrepresented as an African-Americans crisis. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY "NOT TRUE." This catastrophe is a comprehensive major NATIONAL CRISIS! Treated with unworkable half-measures band-aid non-solutions.
This essay does not claim racism in recent K-12 broadcasts. However, persistently, The Media broadcasts negative portrayals of African-Americans. Apparently, there exists a subconscious negative media fixation. An inaccurate caricature of our African-Americans Brothers and Sisters - which must be addressed. Why should this Site be concerned? Because we recently broached this issue. As a result, we feel a moral responsibility to correct the record.
Obviously, the K-12 crisis occurs in the African-American community. However, they comprise a mere 13-15% of the population. The catastrophe is: at the heart of the disaster is an enormous number of WHITE CHILDREN. Who encompass 87% of the remaining student population. The miserable OVERALL FAILURE of America's K-12 education system is an inexcusably humiliation. However, it is not caused by race!
Kudos to

A MAJOR CAUSATION OF
OUR K-12 EDUCATION DISASTER
BULLYISM
= A Term Coined By Necessity.
THE FAILURE OF REASONABLE DISCIPLINE
THE REIGN OF CHAOS - NOT EDUCATION.
A principal source of K-12 delinquent behavior is caused by BULLYISM. A term coined by necessity. BULLYISM is one subject no educator wishes to discuss. Yet it is central to the k-12 failure. Why? The reasons are not considered here. However, ignoring the badly behaved bullies has spiraled the OPERATION of nationwide system out of control. Resulting in an system breakdown - unqualified educational FAILURE.
Chaos reigns - little education occurs. Reasonable classroom discipline is impossible - making teaching unachievable. Bullies literally control many schools. Studies are replete with comparisons to U.S. prison administration. Where dominant prisoners [bullies] run facilities; not the guards [teachers] or administrators.
Bullies terrorize, intimidate, frighten mostly students; but also concurrently numerous teachers and administrators. Fear and intimidation govern.
Sadism is amalgamated within BULLYISM. Clear evidence of the evil-side of human nature. This usage of fear and intimidation allows bullies to gain control over defenseless victims - by injury to body and/or spirit. Vulnerable victims submissively acquiesce to the Bully's will - dominance. [Please see our FEAR PAGE under the ISSUES tab.]

We just finished O's book for kids. It is excellent. Why? He hits the nail right on the head - what is wrong with k-12 education! 1. BULLYISM - Bully-sadistic [mentally ill] young kids run rampant in the K-12 system. Causing havoc and fear for teachers and students who want to learn. Such bullies must be removed from the system, and be given necessary remedial and psychological assistance. Even if they are important JOCKS! Education first - sports second! Until bullyism is solved, k-12 ed will not improve. Fear and intimidation presently rule, and must be dethroned. If necessary assault and battery laws and criminal sanctions must be applied. Teachers must be put in control of ed again. 2. The same is true for CHAOS IN THE CLASSROOM. Minimal discipline. All such students must be extricated to their own schools - to give us time to rebuild and rejuvenate K-12. [SOURCE: First-Hand Knowledge.]
