Quit journalism immediately! Journalism is a calling - a profession - the public trusts you to discover the Truth, The Whole Truth and nothing but the Truth - and expects you to HONESTLY REPORT IT - whether your editor; or, any one else, likes it or not.

Gather only the facts. Discern from them what you consider The Truth. Get to the point writing your story. Then, insist upon on publishing. Yes. Even some editors are hacks. Harrass them, until they allow the Truth to be published.

Honor those who cheer sorrow in this Valley of Tears. Curse the wicked who mislead us deeper into The Abyss. The latter is THE NEWS; the former is THE GOOD NEWS.

In a story, only do the harm absolutely necessary and proper. Never allow your emotions to rule your reason. If so, you are not acting within the profession's boundaries. Recollect your life's wrongdoings while exposing others. In the final analysis, do we all not seek redemption from our lower nature.
