PROTECTING THE WYSO(TM) TRADEMARK

The WYSO (TM) Trademark\Service Mark Application, Principal Register Was Successfully submitted to TEAS =The Trademark Electronic Application System service US Patent and Trademark Office.

         Although the WYSO (TM) trademark has been in usage approximately since 2005 this formalized application was necessitated to clarify any conflicts extant. This prior claim and continuous usage established THE INTELLECTUAL PROPRIETARY INTERESTS, LEGAL RIGHTS AND OWNERSHIP BY THE ORIGINAL ENTITIES’ HOLDING OF SAME.

    The trademark was assigned the serial number #85053698. 

The legal trademark holders initiated the appropriate laborious procedure to inform and demand cease and desist on any entities improperly utilizing and thereby infringing on the trademark whether in the past and\or currently. It is possible the infringing entities were unaware of the legal conflicts created. The legal trademark holders hereby call it to their attention and request a resolution.

However, legal copyright limitations apply: one download only, not to be reproduced, nor utilized for commercial purpose in violation of the Wyso Estate copyright proprietary rights and interests.   This in hopes some may desire to make small NON-TAX-DEDUCTIBLE donation not to exceed $5.00.   As time permits, A certificate of authenticity will be attached.
